COMPANY HISTORY

Airsep Labs operates in a highly technical niche market for the testing of leather products and providing a calibration service for laboratory and plant equipment. The company was started in 1996 for the analysis of various pesticide residues and operated initially as a consulting firm. The need was identified for a testing laboratory and this was opened in 2003.

Ron has been working in this industry for 42 years with a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Stellenbosch.

Part of the Armscor group laboratory manager and plant superintendent from 1977 - 1990.

At the University of Stellenbosch from 1981 - 1990.

Member of SACI

Member of SACI (South African Chemical Institute) since January 1982.

At the Port Elizabeth and Mangosuthu Technikon.

Member of the Royal Society of Chemistry as Chartered Chemist

Member of the Royal Society of Chemistry as Chartered Chemist from October 1991.

Left Technicon to form Airsep from 1996 - present.
